My boyfriend and I went to the Pregnancy Center after we found them through Google. I was pregnant and we wanted information about RU-486 because we thought a chemical abortion would be safer than a surgical one.

We were amazed when our counselor showed us a picture of a seven week old unborn baby. We especially noticed that the baby had hands and fingers already. My counselor discussed pregnancy options with us and offered me a free sonogram from a nearby obstetrician.

I had lots of questions. When I found out that my counselor had had an abortion and regretted her decision, I wanted to learn more. I decided that I wanted a sonogram before making my final decision.

After seeing my baby on the sonogram, I made a follow up appointment with the doctor to start in pre-natal care. Though it was a hard decision, I know it was the right one.
